Fitness-Health-Wellness Activities
There are multiple ways to keep healthy at the Hurst Senior Center. Some classes are as simple as getting a DVD and "Sweatin' to the Oldies" or "Tai Chi for Arthritis" and getting a few friends to join you for free. Other free classes are Line Dancing, Hawaiian Dance Lessons (and you get to perform at the annual Luau event in August!) and Tai Chi. There are dances on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month that have a $5 admission fee and are open to the community, so invite your friends.
